Pada 2011 vietnam spring roll menduduki tangga ke 30 dari 50 jenis masakkan paling sedap didunia.ia juga merupakan hidangan appetizer yang paling popular di restoran vietnam.
Biasanya ia dihidangkan bersama vietnam dipping sauce atau sos cair,tapi zila lebih suka makan bersama sos cili thai.. tambah kan sedikit air suam biar sedikit cair.
Isian dalamnya terpulanglah pada citarasa masing-masing..kadang-kadang zila tambahkan mangga kacang tanah kasar dan carrot..bolehlah cuba sedap jugak .cara nak gulung pun mudah cuma celupkan seketika dalam air ratakan semua permukaan rice paper biar semua terkena air..susun sayuran dan gulung.jangan risau sebab rice paper ni senang diolah.
Ada yang bertanya dimana zila dapatkan rice paper ni..biasanya ada dijual di tesco atau giant.mana-mana pasaraya pun ada sebenarnya sebab dah ramai yang suka buat spring roll nie..kalau yang duduk area jb kat pasaraya maslee pun ada ..cari dibahagian mee kering..pasti jumpa.

Bahan-bahan
Beberapa keping kulit rice paper
Udang segar - dicelur dan dibelah dua
Daun salad - secukupnya
Daun Pudina - secukupnya
Timun - dihiris memanjang
Daun Ketumbar - secukupnya
Daun Bawang - secukupnya
Suh hoon - dicelur dan toskan
Caranya
- Ambil sekeping rice paper celupkan seketika didalam air,balik balikkan supaya semua permukaan lembut.
- Kemudian angkat susun sayur-sayuran,lipat kiri dan kanan dan gulung sedikit,susunkan udang dan gulung sedikit lagi ,letak daun bawang biarkan sedikit terkeluar dan terus gulung sehingga habis.
- Sedia dihidang bersama sos pilihan.
Vietnamese Dipping sauce 'nuoc cham'
2 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
2 sudu besar gula
1/2 cawan air suam
1/4 cawan sos ikan
1/4 cawan jus limau
2 sudu makan cuka
lada cili kecil merah - secukupnya 1 atau 2 batang
daun bawang - hiris halus.
