karipap pusing / spiral curry puffs



Assalammualikum
haii ..bersua lagi..minggu nie macam rajin sikit update blog..bukannya apa..kalau free memang suka menulis sesuatu disini..cuma kadang-kadang anak meragam..dan badan pulak dah letih ..tu la penyumbang malas nak menaip..pic masakan berderet..cuma nak post jew terhegeh-hegeh ..he hee hee


hari ini nak kongsi menu karipap pusing..dulu-dulu pernah tolong kawan buat karipap pusing nie..time tu tak kawin lagi..emak dia berniaga di pasar malam..karipap dia memang sedap..tapi resepi tu zila dah lupa ..almaklumlah berpuluh tahun..dan kawan tu pulak dah bertahun tak jumpa..emak beliau pun dah meninggal dunia..insyallah nanti kalau terjumpa kawan tu ..zila share resepinya disini ok..


sebenarnya dah banyak resepi karipap pusing zila cuba..banyak perbezaan bila kita menggunakan majerin dan shortening..tapi kali ini zila sharekan resepi dari kak shiela dulu yang menggunakan shortening dan majerin.
lapisannya sangat jelas kelihatan..kulitnya jugak agak rangup..yang menggunakan majerin lapisannya agak kurang..tapi tetap rangup jugak..

zila suka kedua-dua resepi..dah banyak kali buat..tak mengecewakan..ramai yang dah cuba resepi kak shiela kan..buat akak shiela tq very much kak..share resepi disini jugak..buat rujukan diri dan kawan-kawan.


Bahan doh A 
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
2 sudu besar veg shortening
2 sudu besar marjerin

Cara

  1. Satukan semua bahan doh A. Gaul hingga sebati dan boleh di kepal atau dibulatkan. Bahagikan kepada 4 bahagian dan bentuk lah menjadi bulat dan ketepikan. 

Bahan doh B
2 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 cawan minyak jagung
1 sudu kecil garam atau secukup rasa
1/2 cawan air anggaran - boleh tambah air sedikit lagi jika adunan keras

Cara

  1. Untuk doh B panaskan minyak dan tuang dalam kedalam mangkok yang berisi tepung.. buat satu kawasan lekuk ditengah tepung untuk menuangkan minyak panas.
  2. Gaul rata dengan senduk atau sudu ( AWAS MINYAK PANAS!!) sehingga menjadi serbuk roti. 
  3. Bancuhkan bersama air dan tuangkan sedikit demi sedikit kedalam tepung sambil menguli. Uli hingga sebati dan agak tak melekat di tangan. Doh di bahagi 4 dan dibulatkan


Gelekan satu bahagian doh B yang telah di gelekkan tadi dan masukan satu bahagian dari doh A . Bungkus menjadi bulat dan ketepikan. Ulangi untuk doh-doh seterusnya.
Doh yang telah disatukan tadi di gelek sederhana tidak tebal dan tidak nipis

Kemudian gulung dan gelekan lagi sekali ke atasnya. Sama macam tadi sederhana ketebalannya dan digulung lagi. Ulangi untuk doh seterusnya, selepas proses ini rehatkan doh sebentar lebihkurang 15 minit agar mesra dan lembut.



Ambil doh dan potong kepada 6 bahagian. Gelekan sedang-sedang sahaja jangan terlalu nipis atau terlalu tebal, sedang-sedang sahaja. Masukan inti..lipat dan klim.

Untuk menggoreng karipap .. panaskan minyak biar betul-betul panas dengan api yang sedang tapi jangan terlalu kecil sangat takut karipap ni menyerap minyak .goreng biar keperangan.. baru lah di angkat dan tos kan...



untuk inti..ikutlah citarasa masing-masing..inti sardin atau keledek pun ok jugak. selamat mencuba.

  15. Memang nampak cantiklah Zila... jelas pusingannya tu... pernah beberapa kali buat, tapi selalunya tak cukup inti sebab doh belum siap dah separuh inti anak-anak makan... mummynya pun gak... ikut ngap!
