Lepat ubi ke Belebat ubi ni..

Lama kan tak bersiaran..moga kawan blog semua sihat ye.saya beberapa hari ni sebenarnya tak berapa sihat.batuk dan selsema kemudia membaw ke demam.cuaca panas dan hujan yang tak menentu menjadikan badan pun dah tak menentu..hihii.

Bercinta rasanya nak menulis disini bila dah start malas,masak tu memanglah tiap hari masak..kadang nak snap gambar pun malas..nak try snap gambar pakai mobil tapi macam tak reti lagi pulak..nak kena ambik masa study sikit ambik gambar guna mobile.



Lepat ubi,makan laju jew ..nak membuatnya macam leceh..sebab saya lebih suka memarut ubi guna stail orang lama,baru puasati..kalau guna blander macam serat ubi tu hilang..lari sikit nak feeling macam makan macam zaman chilhood dulu ..ecehhh 

Buat lepat ubi ni masa di kampung time PKP..timetukan rancak sangat orang memasakkan..bila masing-masing terkurung memasak adalah aktiviti paling membahagikan bila ada masa terluang..kan,

oklah jom semak resepi lepat/belebat ubi..ikut orang jugak kan ..ada yang panggil belebat.


Lepat Ubi /Belebat Ubi

Bahan

4 cawan ubi parut

1 1/2 cwn kelapa parut (putihnya saja)

1/4 cwn santan pekat

1 1/2 cwn gula pasir

2 sudu besar tpng ubi

1 cwn gula merah*

1/2 cwn air*

2 helai daun pandan, simpulkan* (*bahan yg perlu dimasak,sejukkan dulu dan tapiskan)

secubit garam

Daun pisang secukupnya,-di layurkan dan lapkan bersih

Caranya

1.Buang kulit ubi, bersihkan dan potong kecil. Buang sekali empulurnya dan parut.

2.Setelah siap, ambil kanji yg terdapat pada air tos ubi tadi(yg keras dibawah dan airnya di buang).

3.Satukan kanji ubi bersama ubi kisar tadi dan gaul sebati.

4.Masukkan kelapa parut, garam, gula pasir, santan pekat, tpng ubi dan air gula merah yg telah ditapis tadi.

Gaul rata semuanya dan ketepikan dulu.

5.Ambil daun pisang bersih tadi dan sudukan 2 sudu besar ke atas daun. Lipatkan kanan kiri dan bungkus dngn kemas. Bungkus sehingga habis adunannya.

6.Kukus lepat ubi selama 40 minit dngan api sederhana kuat.

Biarkan kuih betul2 sejuk, barulah dihidangkan.
