Chinese paper wrapped cupcakes


My mood today nak membaking sesuatu.so seawal pagi dah chek bahan-bahan baking apa yang ada didalam box.banyak tepung dan bahan lain yang dah habis.palan nak buat brownese nampaknya kena tangguhkanlah tunggu zila belanja barang dapur nanti.

Hari ini zila sempat buat cupcakes comel-comel rasanya macam kek span atau kek ciffon keadahnya pun sama.siaplah menu minum petang kami hari ini.

Menu ini menghasilkan 11 biji kek seperti dalam gambar,zila tertarik untuk mencuba resepi ini sebab ianya dibungkus dengan kertas minyak macamtu.terasa menarik sangat.sesuai sangat digabungkan bersama kopi panas ,duduk santai petang sambil tengok tv ermmm haven sangat.

Resepi asal dari facebook dan zila copy sepenuhnya dari blog sonia.sonia guna matel flower cases.acuan sama macam zila guna tapi atasnya berbentuk bunga yang zila punya bentuk bulat.senang sangat cara membuatnya.sesiapa yang nak cuba zila sharekan resepinya dibawah.


Chinese paper wrapped cupcakes

3 egg white - large saiz A
65 gram icing sugar sifted (or you may replace with 65 gram caster sugar and 50 gram corn starch.mix together)

3 egg yolk - large saiz A
1 whole egg
50 gram corn oil
65 gram self raising flour (or u may replace with cake flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder)

special metal cupcake cases or you may replaced any cups that is suitable for baking.

Method
Mix egg yolk,1 whole egg and corn oil in a mixing bowl,use a hand ballon whisk,beat till light.
sift in self raising flour,stir to mix well till a smooth thick batter.
Use a electric hand mixer beat egg white till foamy,thengradually add in icing sugar,beat till stiff peak formed.
Add 1/3 of meringue with egg yolk batter,stir till light.Then fold in the rest of meringues fold to well combine.
line the matel cupcake case with baking paper,fill the batter with piping bag then pipe the batter into cupcake case.
Bake at pre heated oven at 170' for 30 minute.remove from the oven immediately remove cakes from the case and lay them on wire rack to cool down.
